Experimental class

Candle and glass experiment
Children watch as the candle burns in air.
They cover the candle with a glass container. They wait and watch as the candle burns out without air! Thereby proving that fire burns only when air is present.
They pour shells one by one into a glass container to watch the bubbles appear as the shell touches the water surface and disturbs the air. Thereby proving that air is present in water!
